We are happy to annouce that we now offer remote PC support to all our customers enabling us to get IT support to you very quickly from any Internet enabled machine without the requirement for an onsite visit.
Remote PC support is 25% cheaper than our cheapest onsite rate, saves travel and call out fees and provides a faster solution and is useable anywhere in the world.
We offer remote PC support to everyone! clients - home or business,who can use it as they require; it is a once only installation.
Remote PC support saves you money and time with your IT Support requirements:-
We use a simple install software to connect to your computer, we use LogMeIn; using LogMeIn is completly free; LogMeIn provides the software free of charge to you; once set up it will only need upgrading from time to time when LogMeIn provides updates, you will be informed.
Using AlphaPrint.Me IT Direct with remote IT support saves you 25% off our cheapest rate at just £5.00 per 15 minutes; also you have no travel / call out fees applied.
Remote IT Support setup instructions :-
Prior to following these instructions, please ensure you are an exisiting client or you have informed us you are setting this up. The remote support client list will be purged from time to time of clients we are unaware of.
1 :- Visit this link to download the LogMeIn software for your PC and save it to your desktop.
2 :- Go to your desktop and launch LogMeIn & on the splash screen click next & agree to the terms.
3 :- Choose a "Typical (recommended)" Installation type and choose next.
4 :- Pick a good description, such as your full name and PC name if you have more than one.
5 :- On the LogMeIn account details page enter email : logmein@alphaprint.me.uk
password: logmein999 and choose LogMeIn Free then click next.
6 :- Choose a location for the application to install to. Click next and it will install then complete.
7 :- Thats it, all done! When this is complete we will be able to connect to your computer remotely.
Please note: Your computer will have to be turned on and you will have to 'accept' and invitation from LogMeIn to enable AlphaPrintMe Support to manage your computer settings. When the session if finished AlphaPrintMe support does not have further access unless you authorise it.
